Sean and Billy were supposed to go back to Mountain Top for the holiday, but I couldn't go because I got stuck working all weekend. Then Sean decided he didn't want to take the extra time off work or make the drive back, although in reality - he felt bad at the thought of me sitting here home alone, with nothing to do the night of the fourth. Daww. What a sweetie.
And then sometimes not:
Billy got back late last night and there's a bag of brownies been sitting on the counter all day, tempting me. And he just said, "By the way, you guys can have one of my moms homemade brownies."
And I say, "I saw those. And I really wanted one all day. But Sean told me I couldn't have one, because I'm not from Mountain Top."
Billy: "Oh.. really?"
Me: "And then he ate one in front of me."
Insert evil giggling coming from the bedroom, where Sean lays.
